Return Policy:

Our return policy includes all products, and the customer has the right to return the product he purchased within 14 days if there is any manufacturing defect from the date of receipt shown on the invoice.

The product is in the original condition as received & the damage is not caused by negligence or misuse.

All product accessories are intact and complete inside the box.

The total price, minus the shipping costs, will be transferred within 3-7 days, except bank accounts, from the date we receive the product after checking it & making sure of its condition.

Exchange Policy

The replacement policy includes all products. The customer has the right to replace the product within 48 hours if there is a manufacturing defect & you can exchange it for another within 14 days from the date of receipt shown on the invoice, provided that the product is not used.

Replacement process:

Send a picture or video of the product showing the problem, and our customer service representative will contact you to make a request for a policy to be issued within 48 hours.

The product is presented to the quality department to decide the condition of the product.

After the inspection is completed, our customer service representative will contact you to determine the appropriate procedure.

Note: Exchange is processed within 7 working days of receiving the product.
