I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent customer service I received. During my interaction, I felt belittled and as if my concerns were not taken seriously. I clearly explained my issue and provided multiple pieces of evidence, yet the representative repeatedly suggested that I was being untruthful.
I was given the option to either cancel my order or reorder it, both of which would require me to pay delivery fees for a situation that was not my fault. This experience has left me appalled by the service I received.
I hope this issue is addressed seriously, as it has significantly affected my perception of your company.
I am afraid to say I am truly disappointed with your English agenda and even more so with your attitude towards customers on your instagram chat .
The English agenda doesn’t match the Arabic one at all! It’s literally blank! Even the days and months are missing! It’s monotone and has very little content and it’s totally disappointing for an agenda this expensive and for a brand that supposedly provides high quality products.
To be honest it reminded me of the agendas that pharmaceutical companies hand out for free as promotional material! I am writing to give you an honest feedback, you could ignore or remove my review easily but I only found it right to express my frustration and write a proper complaint. the rest of the box is nice but the most important part is truly defective! I wrote about this to your online team asking for a soft copy of the Arabic content in hopes of filling out my blank agenda only to find weary excuses and no intentions whatsoever to help a disappointed customer! I sincerely hope you work on this agenda and more importantly on customer satisfaction! Phrases like you could buy another one in Arabic seem very inappropriate and downright rude.
