Return Policy:

It provides a return policy to include all products, and the consumer has the right to return the product he purchased within 14 days in the event of a manufacturing defect from the date of receipt shown on the invoice. The amount paid is refunded and transferred in full after we receive the product and examine it to ensure its condition.

Vodafone Cash: (mobile number and name) and you can withdraw the amount from the nearest Vodafone branch
Create a discount code for the amount that can be used at any time on the site

Return conditions

The product must be in its original condition as it was received and the damage is not caused by negligence or misuse
All product accessories must be intact and complete inside the box.
The full amount, less shipping costs, will be transferred within 3-7 days, excluding bank accounts, from the date we receive the product after examining it and verifying its condition.

Replacement policy

One product can be exchanged for another within 14 days from the date of receipt shown on the invoice, provided that the product is not used.

Replacement steps:

Send a picture or video of the product explaining the problem, and a customer service representative will be contacted to make a request to obtain a policy within 48 hours.
The product is presented to the quality department to decide the condition of the product.
After completing the inspection, the customer will be contacted by a customer service representative to determine the appropriate procedure.

Note: Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

Replacement terms:
